Penguicon 2013
Things I should do daily: check emails, respond to emails
Things I should do monthly: check-in with Concom, hold a planning meeting, coordinate meetups/smos, organize an outing for marketing sponsorship and support of the community, make sure open staff positions get filled
5/3/2012
It's been about a week since the convention now and I'm trying to get organized and prepared to run the community and convention for 2013. I'm a little bit excited and a little bit terrified. Here is my todo list from today.
Settling up the programming budget (5/19 - done)
updating the wiki - ongoing
shouting out to the community about upcoming meetups (5/19 May and June done)
personally thanking my programming staff and panelists (done)
making a list of open positions (5/19 done)
working on setting up the wrap up meeting (done)
gathering information on local events that we can participate in (Mini-Maker Faire, etc. - ongoing)
sorting random notes I wrote down at con hoping to remember what amazing ideas these must have been at 4am sunday morning
trying to stay awake
I think that's enough for one day, don't ya think?
