 +  Still fine tuning the budget.  It's hard to please everyone and there's generally no fair or easy way to make these cuts.  It's also hard to wait for people to say what they can and cannot live without.  Finally did figure out that if we only spend what we are allow and we have about 1003 paying attendees that we will then start to make money.  It's only a guesstimate but it gives me a point of possible reference to aim for.
