 A GameMaster (a.k.a. GM or Host) is anyone who is scheduled in advance through the RolyPolyTablehammerShuffleballPope to run an event in NonComputerGaming. Hours spent running scheduled games are credited toward the six hours of volunteering required for reimbursement of the registration cost by the PenguinWrangler. Running three hours of games qualifies you for the RolyPolyTablehammerShuffleballPope's PapalBullList, which allows you to pre-register at the panelist rate. But to qualify, your games must be on the NonComputerGaming schedule, you must pre-register and the RolyPolyTablehammerShuffleballPope must confirm this with PreRegistration. A GameMaster (a.k.a.
