+The [[communitymanager|Penguicon Community Manager]] is responsible for arranging events for our local community, most actively [[SMOS]] dinners (1-2 per month).  This involves finding a host and publicizing the event.  Other (primarily unfunded) community-building events can and should be arranged and spread through the community, as well.
