This is the nerve center of the logistics of the convention. While [[operations|Operations]] is about the people and [[programming|Programming]] is about the events, Facilities is about the "stuff". Managing the hotel contracts, the movement of our equipment, and maintaining the infrastructure; it is a special kind of exciting.

This year, the facilities management is handled by [[people:jerlance|Jer Lance]].

==== Getting Involved ====
If you want to get involved, the first step is to let us know! [[jer@penguicon.org|Email Jer]] and let him know. We are currently looking for a truck driver and a person to manage to setups and teardowns. These positions might actually be the same position. If you would like to do one (or both) of them, let me know.
