====Description====
The Convention Committee runs the convention. Penguicon makes a distinction between [[concom|Concom]], [[staffmembers|Staff Members]], [[volunteers|Volunteers (Penguins)]], and [[programparticipants|Panelists (Program Participants)]]. For this year, Concom will be considered those individuals who are responsible for departmental level decisions (and the requisite large budgets and large amount of reporting). Concom members will pay a $25 rate to attend the convention.
