Logging in
To log in to your penguicon gmail, visit @ https://mail.penguicon.org. If you are having trouble logging in or have misplaced your account info please contact the Webmaster ASAP.

How to set up Email Forwarding

  1. First, log in.
  2. Settings –> Forwarding and POP/IMAP
  3. Select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to: ” radio button
  4. Enter the address you would like mail forwarded to in the field to the right
  5. Select either “keep copy in Inbox” or “Archive copy”.
  6. Please do not select “Delete Copy” as the option in the drop down list, Penguicon wants to keep a history just in case you get lost.

How to set up a “Penguicon 2017” tag for incoming and sent mail
This will help us keep your inbox organized for easier searching in future years.

  1. Click on the little gear on the right side of your email page
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Click on the tab for “Labels” at the top of the page
  4. Scroll down and click on the box “Create a new label”
  5. Enter Penguicon 2014 for the label name and click “Create”
  6. Click on the tab for “Filters” at the top of the page
  7. Click on “Create a new filter”
  8. In the “From” field, type (*). Include the parentheses.
  9. Click “Continue”
  10. Check the box “Apply the label” and select “Penguicon 2017” from the drop down menu
  11. Click “Update filter”
