The [[communitymanager|Penguicon Community Manager]] is responsible for arranging events for our local community, most actively [[SMOS]] dinners (1-2 per month).  This involves finding a host and publicizing the event.  Other (primarily unfunded) community-building events can and should be arranged and spread through the community, as well.

The community manager also helps edit the Wiki and helps get announcement minders out to the right places.
